Cooke Capital manages all aspects of development, from land acquisition to construction and leasing. Our streamlined process ensures projects are completed on time and on budget. -
You Get Paid:
Upon completion and stabilization, we refinance the property. Investors receive their original capital plus a fixed preferred return, typically within 12–18 months of completion.
