I founded Cooke Capital Investment LLC with one mission in mind — to create real estate investment opportunities that help families build true, lasting wealth.

Growing up, I didn’t know anything about real estate or investing. Like most people, I believed the only path to success was working harder at a 9-to-5 job. It wasn’t until years later that I discovered how powerful real estate could be — not just for creating income, but for building freedom. Once I learned how to make money work for me rather than constantly work for it, I knew I had to help others do the same.

As an Air Force Veteran and real estate professional with a degree in Real Estate Studies, I’ve built my business on the same core principles that guided my service: discipline, integrity, and accountability. These values shape every partnership and every investment decision we make at Cooke Capital.

Our focus is simple: we partner with investors to acquire and manage cash-flowing residential properties that generate consistent returns without the burden of day-to-day management. Through joint venture agreements, our investors gain the benefits of real estate ownership — equity, appreciation, and cash flow — while we handle the operations, property management, and execution.

We strategically target newer or recently renovated properties, allowing our investors to earn returns before major systems like HVAC or roofing need replacement. This reduces risk, limits expenses, and accelerates profitability.
